There are shapes, materials and designs which seem to be timeless, such is the impression created by them of having broken

away from the sway of time. But when you take a closer look you find that they are constantly updated, reinvented and

modernised. RODOLPHE has achieved that feat in masterly fashion with its SUBSTANCE AUTOMATIC model. Starting out from

the most classical of watchmaking shapes, the circle, the designer has created a modern watch with pure lines, full of grace and

elegance.

The true success of this timepiece resides in the details : a perfectly proportioned case with horns enclosing a magnificently

integrated strap, a lacquered dial in dark black on two levels enabling the numerals stamped in the same colour as the case to be

read off in all their depth. The owner can rest assured of wearing on his wrist a classical watch in the noblest sense of the term,

elegant and racy, a watch which stands out from the crowd and cannot fail to be noticed for its eternal purity.
